Cerfmont Farm

Family farm located in Maroilles created in 1980 with 120 dairy cows and 116 hectares.
60% of our milk is transformed into raw farmhouse Maroilles.

The farm also has a white-blue meat cow workshop on the farm.
In 2017, we celebrated 20 years of manufacturing Maroilles.
The only producer to produce the famous Maroilles in the village of Maroilles.

Avesnes meatball:
made from refined Maroilles.
Then, we add pepper, tarragon, and paprika for the red meatball.

Maroilles cream
Processed cheese made solely from Maroilles AOP at different stages of maturation, this is mixed with cast iron salt, butter and water.
This cream can be used in cooking or as a spread.

Heart of Cerfmont
Soft cheese with a leavened rind, invented by our cheese factory, made from Maroilles to which chives and shallots are added.

Flamiche with Maroilles (3 formats)
also known as Maroilles tart, a culinary specialty of the North and more precisely of Avesnois and Thiérache.
Our flamiche is purely here from Hauts-de-France since the milk as well as the Maroilles and the cream come from our farm. The eggs come from free-range hens.
Made on a yeast dough where we place slices of Maroilles.
