Overview

Renovated in a typical Avesnois architectural style, this building is a vestige of the Maroilles Abbey. The brewery cellar, an authentic part of the abbey, has been restored as it was built during the time of the Benedictine Monks.

Located in the historic heart of the Caves de l'Abbaye de Maroilles, the Brasserie Saint-Humbert offers artisanally brewed beer.
Our beers are unfiltered and refermented in the bottle to reveal the yeasty flavors. A slight cloudiness resulting from this refermentation in bottles and also a guarantee of artisanal work.
Manufactured on site (blonde, white, brown, amber)
Sales on site in 33cl, 75cl and 5l, 10l and 30l barrels
10L and 30L drums are available upon reservation

Saint-Humbert Blanche has a sweet fragrance and subtle citrus aromas. The presence of wheat in this beer brings a particular lightness and a discreetly tangy taste which allows you to enhance it according to your taste.

Blonde beer: light, refreshing and fruity, Saint-Humbert Blonde can be enjoyed on any occasion. The essential hop oils mixed with the beer give it this slight bitter taste at the end of the tasting. Don't hesitate any longer and discover a Craft Beer appreciated for its uniqueness and with a very promising future...

The Saint-Humbert Ambrée reveals a scent of caramel as well as hazelnut, and its taste, due to its full-bodied cereal, reveals a beer of character with a creamy and light foam, obtained by a traditional recipe revisited by Bruno. This personal touch brings a finesse appreciated by beer lovers.

The ebony color of La Saint-Humbert Brune reveals its powerful fragrance due to the roasting of its cereals which provides an ivory, dense and compact foam.
Discover an explosion of flavors and a richness of aromas in a light way.
